No. 34, 47, 60 assessment for the following described property: This Division sets up Eigenheer's Fourth Addition. Please note that an abatement should be made on D.P. 47 and 60. This is necessitated by the dedication of 60 feet of frontage for Laporte Drive. Also included in the abatement is 23 feet which is the difference between "Long Side" and "Short Side" dimensions.
