RESOLUTION NO. 491
VILLAGE CF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
At a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village
of Mounds View, held on the 13th day of July, 1970, at 2401 Highway No. 10,
St. Paul, Minnesota 55112 with the following members present: Malvin, Blanchard,
Hodges, Neisen
those absent: Rustad
Member Malvin introduced the following resolution:
A RESOLUTIONT AUTHORIZING THE CLERK ADMINISTRATOR
TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT AS REQUESTED BY THE
GOVERNOR'S COMMISSION ON CRIME PREVENTION AND
CONTROL
WHEREAS the Village of Mounds View has requested funds for
the purchase of a two way radio, and
WHEREAS, said radio with accessories sells for Seven
Hundred Twenty -Two ($722.00) Dollars, and
WHEREAS the Village of Mounds View requests 507 reimbursement
under the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that Dennis S. Zylla,
Clerk- Administrator is hereby authorized and directed to execute such an
agreement as requested by the Governor's Commission on Crime Prevention and
Control to implement said program.
Member Neisen seconded the resolution
Those voting in favor: Malvin, Blanchard, Hodges, Neisen
Those voting against: None
whereupon the Mayor declared the resolution duly adopted this 13th day of July,
1970.
