HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 0498RESOLUTION NO. 498 VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW COUNTY OF RAMSEY STATE OF MINNESOTA At a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Mounds View held on the 10th day of August 1970 at 8:00 o'clock P.M. at the Village Hall located at 2401 Highway 10, St. Paul, Minnesota 55112, with the following members present: Rustad, Neisen, Blanchard, Hodges, Malvin and the following members absent: None Member Malvin moved the following: A RESOLUTION APPROVING FOURTH RIDER TO AGREEMENT AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION. WHEREAS, the Board of Water Commissioners of the City of St. Paul hereinafter called the "Board and the Village of Mounds View, Ramsey County, Minnesota, hereinafter called the "Village" entered into a certain agreement on the 27th day of October 1965, and WHEREAS, the Board now possesses title to an easement in certain real estate lying generally north of and adjacent to County Road I, in Section 6, Township 30, Range 23, in Ramsey County, said real estate being hereinafter called "premises and, WHEREAS, the Village desires permission to enter upon said certain portions of said premises for the purpose of surfacing streets as hereinafter designated; and, WHEREAS, the Board is willing to grant said permission to the Village consistent with the requirements and safety of the works of the Board, and WHEREAS, the Board has prepared a document entitled "Fourth Rider to Agreement" for approval by the Village, NOW, THERErORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Village agrees to the terms of the Fourth Rider to Agreement, and BE Il FURTHER ;'tESOLVED, that the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute said documcat on behalf of the Village. Member Blanchard seconded the motion. Those voting in favor: Rustad, Neisen, Blanchard, Hodges, P Malvin those voting against: None whereupon the Mayor declared the resolution duly adopted the 10th day of August, 1970.
