COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION APPROVING A TRANSFER OF BUSINESS LICENSE OWNERSHIP
FROM SPEEDWAY SUPERAMERICA, LLC, (RONALD EDMINISTON, OWNER) TO
NORTHERN TIER RETAIL, LLC, (REX BUTCHER, PRESIDENT) FOR
SPEEDWAY SUPERAMERICA LOCATED AT 2640 COUNTY ROAD I
WHEREAS, Speedway SuperAmerica, LLC, requests a transfer of ownership for
their Gasoline and Tobacco License to Northern Tier Retail, LLC for the Speedway
SuperAmerica located at 2640 County Road 10 in Mounds View; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Rex Butcher, President of Northern Tier Retail, LLC has submitted
all appropriate application materials and fees; and
WHEREAS, this establishment was issued a satisfactory fire inspection from the
Fire Marshal on October 7, 2010; and
WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View businesses licenses must be approved by the
City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does
hereby approve a gasoline and tobacco license for Rex Butcher, President of Northern Tier
Retail, LLC, doing business as Speedway SuperAmerica, located at 2640 County Road I.
NOW, FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED, that the term of these licenses will start on
November 1, 2010 and expire on June 30, 2011.
Adopted this 11 day of October, 2010.
