CITY CODE ABOUT SIGNS
STATE OF MINNESOTA On October 11, 2010, the City Council
adopted Ordinance 847, that amended
SS. Chapter 1008 of the Mounds View City Code
COUNTY OF HENNEPIN about signs, particularly to the regulations
for temporary signs and campaign signs. A
Richard Hendrickson, being duly sworn on an printed copy of the ordinance is available for
oath, states or affirms that he is the Chief inspection during regular business hours at
the Mounds View City Hall.
Financial Officer of the newspaper known as
Mounds View/ New Brighton St. Anthony_ The ordinance is on file and available for
public viewing at the office of the Clerk
Administrator. The ordinance is posted in its
Sun -Focus and has full knowledge of the entirety on the City's website, located at
facts stated below: www.ci.mounds- view.mn.us
(A) The newspaper has complied with all of James Ericson
the requirements constituting qualification Clerk- Administrator
as a qualified newspaper as provided by (Oct 21, 2010) F3 Ord.# 847
Minn. Stat. §331A.02, §331A.07, and
other applicable laws as amended.
(B) The printed public notice that is attached
was published in the newspaper once
each week, for one successive
week(s); it was first published on
Thursday, the 21 day of October
2010, and was thereafter printed and
published on every Thursday to and
including Thursday, the day of
2010; and printed
below is a copy of the lower case alpha-
bet from A to Z, both inclusive, which is
hereby acknowledged as being the size
and kind of type used in the composition
and publication of the notice:
