A special meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Mounds view was
held June 24, 1958 at the Mounds View Village TT111, 1450 W. Highway 96.
The following members were present:
Mayor: James W. Gibson
Deputy Clerk: Mary Jean Milbrandt
Trustees: John L. Sullivan
Ingram C. Rusted
Legal Counsel: Richard Meyers
and the following members absent:
Martha Irvine and R.uben G. Achterkirch
The meeting was opened at 8:00 P.M. by Mayor, James W. Gibson.
Herman Bentrup appeared with plans for improving home at 8158 Red Oak Drive.
Informed he should present plans to the building inspector to obtain a permit.
Burdrick Teslow, 7974 Fairchild appeared regarding odd sized lot on Fairchild
and Highway 10. Informed he could obtain building permit for a home on this lot:
Howard Nelson, 2204 Lois; George Peterson,2209 Lois; William L. Peterson, 2245
Knoll; John W. Pittman, 2208 Lois; Mrs. Lawrence Freestone, 2237 Knoll; Mrs. Alfred
Blaine, 2250 Knoll; and Mrs. James Tabery, 2241 Knoll; appeared regarding problems
of Judicial Ditch #1. Informed that the council would check with the Engineer
regarding best way to proceed with this problem.
Motion by Sullivan, seconded by Rusted to accept minutes of June 11th meeting.`
Motion by Rusted, seconded by Sullivan to accept minutes of June 17th meeting.
Motion by Sullivan, seconded by Rusted to send birth and death records to
Clerk of District Court, Ramsey County.
Motion by Rusted, seconded by Sullivan to adopt Ordinance #54.
Notion by Sullivan, seconded by RuEtad Lo adourn meeting at 11:30 P.M.
