OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE O F M O U N D S VIEW, MINNESOTA
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a _Mattilmeeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Mounds View, Minnesota, was
held at the Edaewood Hiah Sal at lsoivads View
Minnesota, =Wednesday, February 17, 1960, at a :np o'clock P.M.,
with the following members present: crane, smith, Malvin, Hodges,
and Christensen.
and the following members absent: None

The Clerk presented affidavits of publication of the
Notice eF Preliminary Hearing called to be held at this time on
Waterworlm Improvement No. 1960 -1, Which affidavits were examined,
approved and ordered filed.
Te Mayor then announced that the meeting was open for the
purpose of conducting said preliminary hearing; and after all members
of the public present were afforded an opportunity to be heard, the
following persons entered oral or written objections to said isprove—
ment:

Donovan Wendt Objects to area assess-
ment or exceeding benefit.
John O'Connell Large area, assessment
exceeds benefit.
Ruth White Objects to assessment
on land covered by water.
There being no further discussion or objections the meeting
and hearing was adjourned and Mayor Crane stated to all members that
a special meeting of the Council would be held at 7;00 o'clock P. M.
on Thursday, February 25, 1960 at the Village offices at Mounds View,
Minnesota.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk
of the Village of Mounds View, Minnesota, Do HERESY CERTIFY That I
have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes
of a meeting of the Village Council of said Village held on the date
therein indicated with the original minutes thereof on file in my
office and that the sae is a full, true and correct transcript thereof
Insofar as said minute relate to procf had at a preliminary
public hearing held on Waterworks Improvement No. 1960 -1.
