OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW, MINNESOTA
Pursuant to due call and notice tueteof, a special meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Mounds View, Minnesota, was
held at the _a ,,ak Schnt ,1 ih said Village on Monday, August 15,
1960, at 5:00 o'clock P.M., with tine followi!:y members present:
Crane, Smith, Hodges, Malvin
and the following members absent: chr.istensen
The Clerk presented affidavits of publication of the
Notice of Preliminary Hearing called Lo be field at this time on
Waterworks Improvement 1960 -3, which affidavits were examined,
approved and ordered filed.
The Mayor then announced that the meeting was open for the
purpose of conducting said preliminary nearing; and after all members
of the public present were afforded an opportunity to be heard, the
following persons entered oral or written objections to said improve-
ment:

and that the Council would reconsider the Improvement on Monday, August

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting
Clerk of the Village of Mounds View, Minnesota, DO HEREBY CERTIFY
that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract
of minutes of a meeting of the Village Council of said Village held
on the date therein indicated with the original minutes thereof
on file in my office and that the same is a full, true and correct
transcript thereof insofar as said minutes relate to the proceedings
of a preliminary hearing held on August 15, 1960, regarding Water
works Improvement No. 1960 -3.
