Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Special Meeting
of the Village Council was called to order. at 1:00 P.M. by Acting Mayor
Hodges.on January 13th, 1962.

Motion by Hodges seconded by Blanchard to adopt Resolution.
No. 9A. 3 ayes for approval,
Meeting adjourned at 1:15 P.M.
