VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW

Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a Special Meeting of the
Village Council was .called to order at 7 :15 P.M., Monday July 15, 1963
at the Village Office 2401 Highway 10.

Mayor Crane reopened the Mueller Addition 1963 -1 hearing
,.ow bid was 29,845.00
Motion by Crane to accept the recommendation of the Engineer to
award the contract to H. Montgomery, the low bidder and order the
1963.1 improvement and to include the Groveland Water extension in
this project. Seconded by Blanchard. 4 Ayes.
Motion carried.
Motion by Sullivan that a public improvement hearing be set
for August 12, 1963 at 8:00 P.M. for the Knollwood Starts Sewer Project
from County Road H -2 to approximately 400 feet South of Woodale Drive.
Notice to be published and mailed to benefited property owners.
Seconded by Blanchard. 4 Ayes. Motion Carried.
The Clerk's Office is to send a certified letter to a resident
who apparently has removed a water meter and is using unmetered water.
Give this resident a choice to either replace the meter, get a new
meter or have the water shut off.
Motion by Crane to receive and adopt the sketch by the Engineer
of the proposed County Road H from Irondale to Highway 10 and to
recommend it to the Ramsey County Engineer for his consideration.
Seconded by Malvin. 4 Ayes. Motion Carried.
Motion by Blanchard to approve the varience for R. Eigenheer
to build a house with only tight feet side yard set back on each side.
Seconded by Sullivan. 4 Ayes. Motion Carried.
Motion by Blanchard to adjourn. Seconded by Malvin. 4 Ayes.
Meeting adjourned at 7 :35 P.M.
