Boog <br />Walter Skiba <br />was <br />1963 <br />Mayor Hodges opened the public hearing for Water Main Exten- <br />sions in the following area: Groveland Road 250 feet North of Sherwood <br />to County Road J. County Road J Groveland Road to Red Oak Drive. <br />County Road H Irondale Road to 225 feet East, South side of T.H. 10. <br />Groveland Road to 700 feet East. Total estimated cost of $41,940.00. <br />After Clerk Blanchard read the published notice and read the <br />petition that initiated the hearing, Engineer Knutson explained the <br />boundaries, preliminary plans and that the front footage cost would be <br />$4.05 with a $130.00 service charge. <br />called for all those opposed to this project <br />no need <br />no need -108' well <br />no need <br />doesn't want water <br />No need <br />no need <br />costs too much <br />no need <br />Mayor Hodges asked if there were any persons in favor of <br />this project on Groveland Road <br />Herman Wiese 8465 Groveland Road wants water <br />Mayor Hodes called for any objectors on the other projects: <br />no objectors. <br />Mayor Hodges called for those in favor of the other projects: <br />Mr. John Bell appearing for Mr. Peterson on Highway 10 <br />wants water. <br />Mayor' Hodges declared the water extension hearing closed. <br />Motion by Blanchard to table voting on this until four <br />members were present. Seconded by Hodges. Three ayes. motion carried. <br />Engineer Knutson reported on the soil borings check on <br />Hillview Road completed by the Soil Exploration Company on October 22 <br />and October 23, 1963. <br />Trustee Malvin entered at 8:45 P.M. <br />
