VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW
RAMSEY COUNTY

Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a Special Meeting
of the Village Council was called to order at 6:45 P.M., Dec-
ember 30, 1963 at the Village Hall, 2401 Highway #10.
Present Were:
Mayors Donald Hodges
Clerk: Lloyd J. Blanchard
Trustee: John L. Sullivan

Mayor Hodges explained that the meeting was called to set
another hearing date on the proposed sanitary sewer and street
resurfacing improvement in view of the fact that there may
have been an error in the mailed notices for the Public Hear-
ing that was held December 19, 1963.
Motion by Sullivan to set January 14, 1964 at 8 :00 o'clock
P.M. at the Village Hall, 2401 Highway #10, for the purpose of
holding a public hearing on the proposed construction of
sanitary. •sewer laterals and service connections. The improvement
also includes a general street resurfacing program. The area
proposed are those plots West of Long Lake Road. Motion
seconded by Blanchard. 3 Ayes.
Motion by Blanchard to adjourn. Seconded by Sullivan.
