Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a Special Meeting
of the Village Council was called to order by Mayor Hodges at
6:45 P.M., January 4, 1965 at the Village Hall, 2401 Highway 10.
Present Were:

Meeting adjourned at 9:00 P.M.

Mr. Ludford presented a petition for rezoning an area
for a Mobile Home Park.
Motion by La Vaque to set a public hearing on January 18, 1965
at 8:30 P.M. to rezone the following property:
Subject to Highway, the South eight (8) acres of
part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast
Quarter (NE%4, NE%) Westerly of line running
Southeasterly 425 feet MOL from North Section line
and par with and 75 feet Southwesterly from CL
of STH 10 -62; thence Southeasterly to point 495 feet
North of and 516.12 feet West of South and East
lines of said '/q 4 thence South 495 feet par with
East line of Section 17, Township 30, Range 23; and
a corridor strip no greater than 100 feet wide for
access to TH #10 on the Southeast corner of said
parcel containing 12 /100th of an acre more or less,
and subject to Highway, the Northwest Quarter of
the Northeast Quarter (N.% NE%) of Section 17,
Township 30, Range 23.
From R -LA, B -1 and L -I to B -3 with special use permit for the
purpose of constructing a mobile home park. Seconded by Rustad.
4 Ayes.
Motion by Hodges to make the following appointments:
Depository First State Bank of New Brighton
Newspaper New Brighton Bulletin.
Seconded by Blanchard. 4 Ayes.
Motion by La Vaque to adjourn. Seconded by Blanchard
4 Ayes.
