PROCEEDINGS OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL

Village Council was calle to oraer at 6:30 P.M., July 6, 1965 at the
Village Hall 2401 Highway 10 by Mayor Hodges.

Sewer Connection onto the Village System without Inspection nor payment
of any fees.
Mayor Ho.ges reporte'4 he haA sent a letter regarring abutment
of a snow fence easement for the filling station on the Southwest corner
of County Roav1 H -2 ana Highway 10.
Motion by La Vaque to grant a five foot variance requeste' by
Robert Eigenheer to buil a garage at 2285 Lois Drive if it conforms
with Council Policy. Seconde' by Malvin. 5 Ayes. Motion Carrie.
Motion by Blanchar' to aaopt Resolution 200.to et up a
Separate Bank Account an' Fun-' to be calle' Mou. Disaster Fund.
This Disaster Fund to be set up with $64,325.00 _eceive' from the State
of Minnesota for Torna -'o Relief Clean -Up. SeconAea by Rusta'. 5 Ayes.
