VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW

Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a §pecial Meeting
of the Village Council was called to order by Acting Mayor Rustad
at 8:30 P.M. on August 30, 1965 at 2401 Highway 10.

Motion by Blanchard to pay Estimate 12 to C.S. McCrossan
and Company for Sewer Project 1964 -LA. Seconded by La Vaque' 4 Ayes.
Motion by La Vaque to allow a variance as requested for
E. Lalli 8036 Fairchild allowing an eight foot side yard set back
on garage side of property. The North 73 feet of the South 219 feet
of the East of the North 2/3 of Lot 63 Auditors Subdivision 89.
Motion by Rustad to change the date of the Sewer Assessment
Hearing from September 15 to September 28 at 8:00 P.M. at the
Edgewood Junior High School. Seconded by La Vaque. 4 Ayes.
Motion by Blanchard to adjourn. Seconded by La Vaque.
Meeting adjourned at 8:40 P.M.
