VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW
RAMSEY C')UNTY,MINNESOTA
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a special meeting
of the Village Council was called to order at 8:00 p.m. on April
18, 1966 by Mayor Rustad at the Village Hall, 2401 Highway 10.
Officials Present:
Mayor Ii C. Rustad
Clerk L. J. Blanchard
Trustee Richard Johnson
Trustee Gary Lang
Trustee Perry Malvin
Also Present:
Engineer Sheldon Boehm
All persons concerned discussed at length Shamrocks
Excavating License. Their license was suspended from April 14
through April 18. Shamrock Excavating will not receive any further
violations and if they shall occur there will be immediate revocation.
This is to serve as a warning to all contractors.
Premier Realty is removing the trailer from the Johnson
Farm Property. They are to rent office space.
Motion by Malvin to concur with the Building Inspectors
recommendation to approve building plans and authorize building
inspector to issue a permit for "Launching Pad Supper Club
(The owner is Robert Waste). This will be located on Highway I0
just east of the Clark Oil Station. Seconded by Johnson. 5 ayes.
Motion by Blanchard to adjourn. Seconded by Johnson.
5 ayes.
Meeting adjourned at 8:45 p.m.
