WHEREAS, pursuan o Resolution of the Village Council
of Mounds View, adopted the special assessments

were levied against the attached list of described properties, said
list made a part herein.
AND WHEREAS, the above mentioned properties have been
conveyed or replatted and are described according to the attached
list, and said list made a part herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL

against the heretofore mentioned properties be erectly certified
to the Auditor of Ramsey County for further collection in the
