VILLAGE ^F MOUNDS VIEW
RAMSEY COUNTY, MINN.
Pe rsuant to due call and notice thereof a special meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Mounds View was
called to order at the Village Hall nn Wednesday, October !th
at 7:00P.M. with the following members present: Malvin,
Blanchard, and Lang and the following absent: Rustad and
Johnson.
The Village Attorney read the legal notice. The clerk
attested to the publishing and mailing of notices and the
availability of the assessment role.
The attorney read the state law pertaining to this
matter.
The following people weee present at the hearing and had
not received notices:
Jesse Varns 7350 Fairchild Ave. 55432
Ron Fagerstrom 7408 Fairchild Avenue 55432
Ken Washing 7440 Fairchild Avenue 55432
The Engineer explained the benefited area to be assessed
and the cost of the project involved.
The attorney explained that the Village has a legal
right to assess all property in the Village benefited by
an improvement even though not abutting the project.
The Mayor called three times for objections and they
are as follows:

Arthur Johnson 7338 Fairchild Avenue No Benefit
Ken Washing 7440 Fairchild Avenue N' Benefit
Dave Mueller 5161 Red Oak Drive N) Rlad

Motion by Lang to adjourn. Seconded by Blanchard.
Meeting adjourned at 7 :45 P.M.
