Blanchard Trustee Richard Johnson Trustee Gary Lang ABSENT Mayor I. C. Rusted ALSO PRESENT: Attorney Richard Meyers Engineer Shelly Boehm Treasurer i_ene Edberg Public Works Walter Skiba Motion by Johnson to approve the minutes of October 24, 1966 as presented. Seconded by Malvin. 4 Ayes. Motion by Lang to approve the minutes of November 10, 1966. Seconded by Johnson. 3 Ayes. Malvin abstained. (Absent Nov, 10, 1966). Mr. Malvin read the B. 8 E. Patrol Report for October. On file, Mr. Malvin read the Police Report for 'lctober. On file. Motion by Malvin to award the low bid to Midway Ford in the amount of $2,183,00 allowing $650.00 tra'e -in allowance for the 1965 Ranch Wagon. Seconded by Johnson. 4 Ayes. Motion by Lang to approve the lot splits for Mr. Seberg and Mr. Ackerman as requested. Seconded by Malvin. Motion and Second withdrawn and matter referred to the Engineer. Motion by Johnson to install street lights at all streets that intersect with County Road J. Also at the intersection of Arden Avenue and Long Lake Road. Seconded by Lang, 4 Ayes. The Clerkts Office was directed to write a letter to the County Engineer asking to share the cost of installation of street lights on County Roads.(Copy to Ed. Salverda). Mr, Johnson gave a report on the Recreation Department. Gn file, He also stated that there are two vacancies on the Recreation Committee and any interested person should contact Mr. Hodges, The Clerkts Office was directed to write to the Post Office asking them to change the East Boundary of the Minneapolis mailing zone from Fairchild Avenue to Knollwood Drive. Mr. Skiba reported that the Mounds View Mobile Home Park fuel oil tank now meets the Village Requirements. The Engineer presented Change Order 3 for improvement project 19666 and it was discussed with the Council. Motion by Blanchard to adopt Change Order #3 for C. S. McCrossan's improvement project 1066 -6. Seconded by Lang, 4 Ayes. The Engineer was instructed to have a street report ready for the next agenda meeting. Motion by Blanchard to-approve licenses submitted. Seconded by Malvin. 4 Ayes. Motion by Blanchard to approve bills submitted totaling $208,348.05. Seconded by Malvin. 4 Ayes. Motion by Blanchard to pay Final Estimate to Erwin Montgomery:fer improvement Project 1966 -9, and enter into the one year warranty hond agreement. Second y Johnson. 4 Ayes. Motion by Malvin to adopt Resolutio ;#264 establishing Old Trunk Highway,# 8 as a County State Aid Motionby Blanchard to adopt Resolutio 65 apportionment of assessments due to lot splits.
