PR'CEEDINGS OF THE VILLAGE CIJNCIL
VILLAGE 'F M1UNDS VIEW
RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA
Persuant to due call and notice thereof a special meeting of the
Village Council was called to order on December 5, 1966 at 7 :00 P.M.
by Mayor Rusted at the Village Hall- -2401 Highway 10, St. Pebi,
Minnesota.
Officers Present
Mayor Ingram C. Rustad
Clerk Lloyd J. Blanchard
Trustee Gary Lang
Trustee Perry Malvin
Trustee Richard Johnson
Also Present
Engineer Shelly Boehm
Motion by Rustad to designate Richard Meyers, Village Attorney,
to act as the Village Representative in the matter of the meeting with
the labor concilliation on December 8, 1966.in remittal' to the.eoRtract
wage proposal with the maintenance employees. Seconded by Johnson.

The clerk's office was directed to write a letter to the Planning
Commission stating that the recommendations for:the Peterson property
is not in order. The Council requests a new recommendation..
Motion by Blanchard to adjourn. Seconded by Lang. SAyes.
Meeting adjourned at 7:30 P. M.
