The Special Meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Mounds
View. met as a canvassing board an W November 8 196 7. The
meeting was called to order by Mayor Rusted at 5:07 ;P.M. at the
Village Hall, 2401 Highway St. Paul, Minnesota 55112.

The Clerk presented the tally sheets of the three precincts and the
vote totals were checked.
