Mounds View, met on Monday, November 20, 1967. The meeting
was called to order by Mayor Rustad at 7:10 P.M. at the
Village Hall, 2401 Highway #10, St. Paul, Minnesota 55112.

M /S /P (Rustad /Johnson) To approve permanent plans for signals
at County Road H and Highway #10. (State Project 6204 -21) 5 Ayes
M /S /P (Johnson /Lang) To authorize the Mayor and Clerk to enter
into the utilities relocation agreement (55610M) with the State
Highway Department. 5 Ayes
M /S /P (Johnson /Lang) To approve Resolution #335, the final plans
for Interstate 35W construction. 5 Ayes
Emerald Excavating appeared and requested that their license be
withdrawn.
M /S /P (Austad /Walser) To adopt Resolution #349, Maintenance
Employee Agreement fnr 1968, offer of $630 for superintendent
and $560 for men plus $30 towards health and life insurance
benefits effective October 15, 1967.
M /S /P (Walser /Johnson) To adjourn at 8:40 F.M. 5 Ayes
