Malvin at 8:00 P.M. on Monday, June 10, 1968, at the Village Hall, 2401 Highway #?'0,
St. Paul, Minnesota 55112.

M /S/P Johnson /Malvin) To approve the minutes of the May 13th Meeting.
M /S /P Johnson /Malvin) To approve the minutes of the May 27th Meeting.
Mr. Neumann, 5295 Pinewood Court, received a warning( to the effect that his
rabbits were creating a nuisance. The Ordinance was checked and the issue
discussed. Mr. Neumann indicated that he is taking steps to correct the problem
and Trustee Johnson and the Police Department will check on it again.
Mr. Zylla referred to a call he had received from Mrs. Paul Winther, 2049
Woodcrest Drive. She wants some old blacktop removed. Mr. Skiba will check
this out.

Movers, Inc., All State American Concrete; Heating Air Conditioning licenses
American Oil Company (Standard Oil);On Sale Intoxicating Liquor licenses
Launching Pad Supper Club; Off Sale Intoxicating Liquor License B R. Liquor;
Restaurant License Launching Pad Supper Club; and Cabaret License Launching

Clerk Walser announced that he had accepted a new position in Los Angeles
and would be resigning from his elected capacity with the Village of Mounds
View.
Trustee Johnson read the Police report and the B E report for May.
Attorney Meyers presented a resolution to declare certain properties
non conservation property. This would be discussed at the next meeting.
Attorney Meyers presented a resolution to cover the Village Council under
workmans compensation.
M /S /P (Johnson /Malvin) To adopt Resolution #378, covering the Village
Council under Workmen's Compensation.
Attorney Meyers has prepared an application for tax relief on Village
owned land.
M /S /P (Johnson /Malvin) Authorizing the Clerk to sign the relief applications. 3 Ayes
The plastic pipe ordinance will be discussed at the next meeting.
Donald Drung has paid $1,412.79 to the Village for assessments on a new lot.
He may now record the lot split.
The Smuder Addition subdivision is pending payment of assessments and will be
taken care of by his signing an agreement to have assessments levied against
his newly created lot.
Engineer Boehm submitted a preliminary report and cost estimate for sanitary
sewer and water project 1968 -4, eliminating lift station #3. At least a
drop man hole should be constructed while the main line is being installed.
The decision will be delayed until the full Council is present.
Engineer Boehm read a letter received from Fridley regarding an interconnection
of water supplies between Mounds View and Fridley. They request that we prepare
the agreement. Our construction will be delayed so it was suggested that we
might authorize Fridley to do a part of the construction now.
M /S /P (Johnson /Malvin) To direct the Engineer and Attorney to work out an
agreement with Fridley for them to do their construction with total costs
eventually to be shared between Fridley and Mounds View. 3 Ayes
The Engineer reported the New Brighton interconnection is still being considered
by their Village.
Well drillers wage rate information requested by HUD was supplied by the
Engineer to HUD.
Three future street hearings have been held so far.
