PROCEEDINGS OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW
RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA
June 16, 1969
A Special Meeting of the Mounds View Village Council was called to order
by Mayor Rustad at 7:28 P.M. on Monday, June 16, 1969, at the Village Hall,
2401 Highway #10, St. Paul, Minnesota 55112.
Present:
Mayor Rustad
Councilman Johnson
Councilman Hodges
Councilman Blanchard
Absent:
Councilman Malvin
Attorney Meyers
Also Present:
Clerk- Administrator Zylla
Engineer Boehm
Inspector Skiba
MSP (Blanchard /Johnson) To approve the final plat of Pinecre:.t Addition,
legal description as follows: That part of the E 1/2 of the W 1/2 of the
SE 1/4 of Sec. 8, Twn.30, Rg. 23, lying Nly of STH #10, subject to road and
easementsof record; and The NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Sec. 8, Twn. 30, N of
Rg. 23 W, except'the S 100' of the E 230' thereof, and except the S 150' of
the N 483' of the E 230' thereof, and subject to the rights of the public in
County Road H -2, STH #8 and Interstate flgc #35W; and The S 150' of the N 483'
of the E 230' of the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Sec. 8, Twn. 30 N of Rg. 23 W,
subject to the rights of the public in STH #8 and Interstate Hwy. #35W and
the restricted access thereto, and to authorize the Clerk to sign it.
MSP (Rustad /Johnson) To accept the final plans and specifications for
Sewer and Water Improvement Project 1969 -3 and to set the bid opening for
July 14th at 12 o'clock noon.
MSP (Johnson /Rustad) To adjourn at 7:33 P.M.
