A Special Meeting of the Mounds View Village Council was called to order by
Mayor Rustad at 6:00 PIM. on Tuesday, August 5, 1969, at the Village Hall,
2401 Highway #10, St. Paul, Minnesota 55112.

MSP (Malvin /Blanchard) To accept final plans and specifications on
Water Improvement Project 1968 -3, HUD Project WS 4 -24 -0045 Schedules
B, C. D, E, F, and G and set the bid date for September 2, 1969 at
12:00 noon.
MSP (Hodges /Rustad) To adjourn at 6:10 P.M. 4 Ayes
