by Mayor Rustad at 8:00 P.M. on Monday, August 25, 1969, at the Village Hall,
2401 Highway #10, St. Paul, Minnesota 55112.

MSP (Rustad /Malvin) To approve the minutes of August 11, 1969.
Mayor Rustad's Report
MSP (Rustad /Blanchard) To double B E Patrol services for the months of
September and October.
Extra patroling provided for in the 1969 budget.
Mayor Rustad read the Planning Commission minutes of August 19, 1969.
MSP (Blanchard /Hodges) To approve the eight lot preliminary plat for James
Lund for Lots 2, 3, 4, Block 2 Greenfield Addition. 5 Ayes
MSP (Rustad /Malvin) To set a hearing for Brentwood Development Company to
rezone Lots 8 and 9 Knollwood Park Addition from RI to R3 on September 22nd
at 8:30 P.M. 5 Ayes
MSP (Blanchard /Johnson) To approve the twenty -two lot preliminary plat of
White Oak Estates on NW 1/4 of SW 1/4 of SW 1/4 and W 1/2 of NW 1/4 of SW 1/4
of Section 8 subject to changing the lot depths to 135' and subject to payment
of the fee. 5 Ayes
MSP (Johnson /Malvin) To set a hearing for Robert DeGardner to rezone S 120'
of Lot 57, and the N 110' of the S 370' of Lot 57 Auditor Subdivision #89 from
R1 to R3 for October 13 at 8:30 P.M. 5 Ayes
Resident requested the extension of Bona Road from Woodcrest to County Road H.
He was informed of the need for a petition signed by the owners of 35% of the
affected land.
Clerk- Administrator Z lla's Report
MSP (Rustad /Johnson) To approve the following licenses: Sewer and Water
Thompson Plumbing Company, United Sewer Water; Miscellaneous Sham -O -Jet
Kennel; General Contractor Exterior Design Service; Asphalt Hennepin
Black Topping Company Inc. and Asphalt Driveway Company.

MSP (Johnson /Hodges) To approve the following checks except #3531. General
#3494 -3532 and Payroll #1016 -1042. Total disbursements $21,685.31.
MSP (Rustad /Malvin) To approve check 3531 transferring Utility surplus to
reduce bond levy per Resolution #402. Transfer $44,500.00 from Water Utility
to the Bond Redemption Account.
MSP (Rustad /Johnson) To set the assessment hearing for Sanitary Sewer and
Water Project 1968 -2 and Street Project 1969 -1 Park View Terrace for September
15 at 7 :00 P.M.
Attorney Meyer' Report
MSP (Blanchard /Johnson) To approve Ordinance #168 increasing the maximum fine
for ordinance violations from $100 to $300 or by imprisonment not to exceed 90
days, or both.
Ordinance #168 applies to all previously adopted ordinances.
Attorney Meyers stated that he presented the Mounds View resolution regarding
negotiation of a new useagraement to the NSSSD and that he expects negotiations
to begin 20 days after their next regular meeting.
A NSSSD memorandum regarding the Districts rejection of Mounds View Resolution
#440 regarding declaration of all connections as temporary after January 1, 1969
was presented to Attorney Meyers.
