A Special Meeting of the Mounds View Village Council acting as a canvassing
board was called to order by Mayor Rustad at 6:40 p.m., on Wednesday,
November 5, 1969 at the Village Hal 1, 2401 Highway #10, St. Paul, Minnesota 55112.
