Hall, 2401 Highway #10, St. Paul, Minnesota 55112. Present: Mayor Neisen Councilman Hodges Councilman Baumgartner Councilman Pickar Absent: Councilman Johnson Also Present: Clerk- Administrator Zylla Also Absent: Attorney Meyers Engineer Boehm Clerk Zylla presented the election results of November 7th, 1972 for all Village precincts. He noted that 77.6% of the 5414 registered voters cast ballots. The Council discussed the election results and election procedures. (The election results are attached.)
