A Special Meeting of the Mounds View Village Council was called to order by Mayor
Neisen at 8:45 P.M. on January 2, 1973 at the Mounds View Village Hall, 2401 Highway
#10, St. Paul, Minnesota 55112.

Councilman Johnson
Councilman Baumgartner
Councilman Pickar

View Public Works Department effective noon January 3, 1973.

MSP (Neisen- Baumgartner) To appoint Donald C. Hodges acting mayor during 1973. 5 Ayes
MSP (Hodges- Johnson) To appoint the First State Bank of New Brighton the official
depository for the Village of Mounds View during 1973, authorizing any three of the
following four signatures on checks H.J. Neisen, Donald C. Hodges, G. Johnson,
Dennis S. Zylla. 5 A ;:!s
MSP (Pickar- Johnson) To appoint the New Brighton Bulletin the legal newspaper of
the Village during 1973. 5 Ayes
MSP (Johnson- Baumgartner) To accept the resignation of Gary Korf from the Mounds
5 Ayes
SP Pickar- Baumgartner) To adjourn at 8:50 P.M. 5 Ayes
