C. S. i:c Crossan has set September 1, 1966 as the commencement
date for the road project in the TIT1vc Oak Aree.
ir. Russel Gustafson appeared before the Council in regards
to dedicating land for a road et the rear property line of certain
lots. He 'as informed that the Council Mould go along with his
request.
Motion by Lang to direct the Engineer to authorize dust coat
on the following streets:
On Groveland from Highway 10 to Co. Rd. I
On Co. Rd. H -2 from gnollr »ood to Pleasant Viet Dr.
On Spring Lk. Pk. Rd. from Hillviev to Co. ad. 1.

At the present time Silver Lake Road ends at High *.•ay 10. The
Attorney was directed to !rite to the State Eighyay Department
regarding the plans for a cross -over on Eigh.ay 10 from Silver Lake
Road to iced Oak Drive.
The Planning Commission minutes of August 16. 1965 rrere read

The Engineer informed the Council that there are seven projects
not' ready for assessment hearings.

At 9 :00 p..n. the imayor opened the Public Hearing on :rezoning.
The :.:ayor read the legal notice. The legal notice was published and
mailed to the affected property owners. Lr. T. O'Toole, representa-
tive for Fred 0'f ?oil explained the reason for the request. There
plans arc to build a warehouse and eventually develppe the land
into a kiddyland amusement park, i :otior. by Johnson to refer the
request back to the Planning Commission for further discussion end
