PROCEEDINGS OF THE CITY COUNCIL,
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
A Special Meeting of the Mounds View City Council was called to order by Mayor
Neisen at 7:00 P.M. on April 1, 1974 at the Mounds View City Hall, 2401 Highway
#10, Mounds View, Minnesota 55112.
Also Present:
Clerk- Administrator Zylla
Police Chief Grabowski
Mayor Neisen read a copy of a report from Police Chief Grabowski concerning
violations of the City Code during lingerie shows at the launching Pad Supper
Club.
MSP (Ne ?sen- Baumgartner) To receive the report from Chief Grabowski. 4 Ayes
MSP (Neisen- Johnson) To set a special hearing for April 9th at 8:00 o'clock P.M.
to consider the suspension and /or revocation of the On Sale Intoxicating Liquor
license of Albert and Joseph Hartinger held at the Launching Pad Supper Club,
2375 Highway #10 because of violations to Chapter 100 of the Municipal Code. 4 Ayes
MSP (Johnson- Hodges) To adjourn at 7:05 P.M. 4 Ayes
