Mayor McCarty called the Special
Council Meeting to order at 7:27 P.M.
on March 17, 1980. This meeting had
been established at the regular meeting
of March 10th. The purpose of this
meeting to approve the Contract for
the update of the City's Comprehensive
Plan by Northwest Associated Consultants.
(NAC).
Members Present: Mayor McCarty, Council- 2. ROLL CALL
members Ziebarth, Hodges, Forslund and
Rowley.
Also Present: Steve Rose, Building and
Zoning Official, and Jeff Nelson, Clerk/
Administrator.
The Mayor moved the award of the
Contract for the Comprehensive Plan
update by Northwest Associated Consul-
tants for the amount of $7,684.97.
Forslund seconded the motion.

The motion carried. 0 nays
Since there was no other business
before the Council, the Mayor asked
for adjournment.

Rowley moved the adjournment. It was
seconded by Ziebarth.
The motion carried.
