was called to order at 9:55 p.m. on
June 16, 1980 by Mayor McCarty.
Members Present Councilmember Forslund,
Councilmember Hodges, Councilmember
Ziebarth, Councilmember Rowley, Mayor
McCarty.
Also Present City Attorney Meyers
and Building Zoning Official Rose.
Leonard Kremer, developer for and of proper-
ties at 7663 Groveland Road, was present and
requested that the Council review a develop-
ment proposal of two double bungalows to be
built on two lots cornering and located at
the intersection of County Road I and Silver
Lake Road. Official Rose 'reviewed the
applicant's proposal stating that the pro-
posed structures met setback requirements,
the lots were zoned properly, and that a
development agreement pursuant to Chapter
59.07 would be required. The agreement would
include exhibits of the site plan, the plat
plan, building plans and specs, and require-
ments of Resolution 983. Furthermore, a cash
escrow, letter of credit or bond in the amount
of $1,000 per lot to be developed, shall also
be included.
Councilmember Ziebarth moved to approve the
Kremer development proposal of the two
double bungalows located on the corner of
County Road I and Silver Lake Road with the
provisions that the development agreement
include the exhibits of the site plan,
gradic,g plan, the plans and specs; and a
cash escrow, letter of credit or bond amount
of $1,000 per lot to be developed. Seconded
by Councilmember Hodges. No Discussion
