Saturday, August 2, 1980 at 10:00 a.m. at the Mounds View
City Hall. The purpose of this meeting is for the
Clerk- Administrator review.
Mayor McCarty called the Special
Meeting to order at 7:40 p.m. in
the Mounds View City Hall Council
Chambers.
Members Present: Councilmembers
Ziebarth, Hodges, Forslund, and
Mayor McCarty. Councilmember Rowley
was on vacation.
Staff Present: Acting Clerk
Administrator Anderson, Finance
Director Brager, Building and
Zoning Official Rose, Superintendent
of Public Works Decheine and Police
Chief Grabowski.
Councilmember Ziebarth moved to
approve Superintendent of Public
Works Decheine's request for
vacation from August 11 to August
22 with a possibility of a one
week delay. Motion was seconded
by Councilmember Hodges.

Councilmember Ziebarth made a motion 4. PROJECT 1978 -9, H A
to table the approval of change order WATER TANK SPECIALISTS
#2 in the amount of $2,700 until a PAYMENT
written itemized billing is received
from H A. Seconded by Mayor McCarty.

Nays -0 MOTION CARRIES (MOTION CARRIES)
Motion made by Councilmember Ziebarth
seconded by Councilmember Forslund to
pay 90% of the final project billing
1978 -9 with H A Water Tank Specialists
excluding the change order #2 and pre-
vious payments. The total amount
approved for payment was $23,503.50.
