Mayor McCarty called the Special Meeting
to ord er at 7:08 p.m. at the Mounds View
City Hall Council Chambers.
Also Present Clerk- Administrator Pauley
Councilmember Hodges made a motion, seconded
by;Ziebarth, to approve the hiring of water
meter readers for the 1980 annual readings.

Councilmember Rowley recommended that the
readers be briefed on policies and pro-
cedures and future readers be advertised
for.
