March 16, 1981
The meeting was called to order at 6 :45 p.m.
by Mayor McCarty.
Members Present Councilmembers Hodges,
Forslund, Blanchard, Doty, and Mayor McCarty.
Also Present City Engineer Dan Boxrud and
Clerk Administrator Pauley.
City Engineer Boxrud reviewed the bids received
by the City for the sewer repair on Quincy
Street and advised the Council that the Metro-
politan Waste Control Commission would pay for
the cost of the meter manhole which was bid at
$9,000.00.
After further discussion regarding the specific
items on the bid, Mayor McCarty made a motion,
seconded by Hodges, to order the repairs and
abandoning of the lift station and award the
bid for said work to Barbarossa Sons, Inc.

Clerk- Administrator Pauley presented the Council
with the bids received by the City for two
police vehicles and the recommendation of him-
self and Police Chief Grabowski.
Councilmember Doty made a motion, seconded by
Forslund, to accept the Midway Ford bid of
$13,842.00 for two police vehicles.

Councilmember Forslund made a motion, seconded 5. ADJOURNMENT
by Doty, to adjourn the meeting.
