View City Hall. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss
the Launching Pad Lawsuit.

order at 6:10 P.M. on June 25, 1981, by
Mayor McCarty
Members. present: Hodges, Forslund, Blanchard, 2. ROLL CALL
Doty, and Mayor McCarty.
Others present: Attorney Mark Karney and
Clerk- Administrator Pauley.
The Council discussed the Launching Pad
Lawsuit. Clerk- Administrator Pauley
introduced Attorney Mark Karney.
Attorney Mark Karney explained the lawsuit.
Motion /Second: Forslund /Blanchard to
authorize Attorney Karney to pursue
Tuesday hearing and report back to the
Council on the results.
