PROCEEDINGS OF THE CITY COUNCIL

Others present: Finance Director Brager
and Clerk- Administrator Pauley.
Mr. Seegar Swanson of Ehlers Associates,
Inc. appeared before the Council to explain
the details of the sale of Improvement Bonds
for the Silver Lake Woods project and to
request authorization to proceed.
Motion /Second: McCarty /Forslund to adopt
Resolution No. 1369, waive the reading
and to authorize staff to open and pre
tabulate the bids at 3:30 p.m. on
November 9, 1981.
Motion /Second: Doty /Hodges to adopt
Resolution No. 1361 contingent upon the
changes directed during the meeting being
reflected in the budget and waive the reading.

staff to make various changes to the proposeu
budget.

the reading.

Tax Levy and waive the reading.
