order at 6:00 p.m., on April 5, 1982, by
Mayor McCarty.

Others present: Clerk- Administrator Pauley
Mayor McCarty indicated the purpose of the 3. EQUIPMENT DEBT
meeting was to discuss the recent actions CERTIFICATE
of the Charter Commission on the matter of
Equipment Debt Certificates. He reviewed
the decision of the Commission and a brief
discussion ensued. No action taken.
