McCarty at 5:42 p.m. on April 30, 1984.
MEMBERS PRESENT: Councilmembers Doty, Linke
Hankner, Blanchard and Mayor McCarty.
ALSO PRESENT: Clerk /Administrator Pauley, Finance
Director Brager and Risk Management Consultant
Brian Colway.
Finance Director Brager and Risk Management Con-
sultant Brian Colway presented a report to the
Council on the bids received for the City's
Property /Casualty Insurance. The report, dated
April 26, 1984, outlined the four bids received
anc, contained a recommendation from Cc.1way fcr
acceptance of the low bid from Transcontinental
Brokers /Home Insurance.
Motion /Second: Doty /Linke to accept t,.e low
bid of $29,175 from Trancontinental Brokers, Inc.
with Home, Great Southwest and Western World
Insurance Companies including the alternative
bid for Public Official's Liability coverage
from Western World Insurance Company.
