The Mounds View City Council was called to
by Mayor Linke at 7 :02 P.M.
The Pledge of Allegiance was said.
MEMBERS PRESENT: Councilmembers Hankner
Blanchard, Quick, Haake and Mayor Linke.
ALSO PRESENT: Clerk- Administrator Pauley,
Finance Director Brager and Public Works/
Community Development Director Thatcher
Motion /Second: Hankner /Haake to approve
Resolution No. 1965 Appointing Official
Newspaper, Acting Mayor and Official
Depository for 1986.

Motion /Second: Haake /Blanchard to approve
Resolution No. 1966 Appointing City Council
members and Clerk Administrator as Repre-
sentatives for City Commissions and for
Other Organizations as amende9.

Councilmember Quick indicated that the
representative to the Parks and Recrea-
tion Commission was missing from Resolu-
tion No. 1966 and that he would be serving
as that representative .during 1986.
Clerk- Administrator Pauley presented the
1986 department liaison scheiule which was
accepted by the Council by concensus.
Motion /Second: Linke /Quick to set an
Executive Session with City Attorney
Meyers regarding the lawsuit against the
Metropolitan Airports Commission on the
Anoka County Blaine Airport for 6:30 P.M.
on January 13, 1986.
