to order by Mayor Linke at 8:23 p.m.

MEMBERS PRESENT: Mayor Linke, Quick, 2. Roll Call
Hankner, Haake, Blanchard.
ALSO PRESENT:
Clerk Administrator Pauley, Public Works
/Community Development Director Thatcher,
Finance Director Don Brager
Motion /Second: Haake /Hankner to ratify
the contract dated August 28, 1986
between the City of Mounds View and
Fluor Engineers, Inc. to provide technical
personnel.
Mayor Linke adjourned the meeting at
8:24 p.m.
