to order by Mayor Linke at 6:30 p.m.
MEMBERS PRESENT: Mayor Linke, Quick, 2. Roll Call
Hankner, Haake, Blanchard.
ALSO PRESENT:
City Attorney Richard Meyers, Associate
City Attorney Eric Valen, Clerk
Administrator Don Pauley
City Attorney Meyers reviewed the various
events and meetings that occurred on
September 15, 1986 regarding the Williams
Pipeline lawsuits, actions by Ramsey County
to enter into a stipulation authorizing the
testing of the line, and meetings of the
parties' counsels to determine if a stipula-
tion could be reached between the City and
Williams to allow the testing. City Attorney
Meyers reviewed a proposed stipulation between
the City of Mounds View and Williams that would
allow the hydrostatic testing of the pipeline,
and require a hearing prior to any product being
introduced into the pipeline after the hydro-
static testing has been completed, and various
other conditions of the stipulation.
Motion /Second: Quick /Haake moved to authorize
the attorneys to enter into a proposed stipu-
lation with Williams Pipeline Company.
