Resolution No. 2247 Authorizing
Condemnation of Land Needed for a Public
Purpose and explained that the resolution
is necessary in order for the City
Attorney to commence condemnation of
properties owned by Robert and Rita
Waste needed for storm water ponding and
the construction of Woodale Drive through
the Mounds View Business Park Development.
The Mounds View City Council was called 1. Call to`Order
to order by Mayor Linke at 8:33 p.m.
MEMBERS PRESENT: Councilmembers Wuori, 2. Roll Call
Quick, Hankner, Blanchard and Mayor Linke.
Motion /Second: Quick /Linke to approve
