CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA
The Mounds View City Council was called to
order by Mayor Linke at 8:25 p.m. on Monday,
March 21, 1988.
MEMBERS PRESENT: Councilmembers Hankner, Wuori,
Quick, Blanchard and Mayor Linke,
ALSO PRESENT: Clerk- Administrator Pauley.
Clerk- Administrator Pauley reviewed the
preliminary agreement negotiated with Mr. John
Miller and outlined the obligations of Mr.
Miller and the City as called for in the
agreement. The purpose of the agreement is to
provide for the ultimate development of a
parcel of land that Mr. Miller owns in the
northeast corner of the City and to comply with
the requirement of Minnesota Statutes 469.174,
Subd. 10, Paragraph 3, which requires an
agreement for the development of a parcel of
land certified as a Tax Increment District
containing unusual soil or terrain
defici�cies.
Motion /Second: Hankner /Quick to approve the
preliminary agreement between the City of
Mounds View and John A. Miller.
