Motion /Second: Hankner /Quick moved to
approve Resolution No. 2363 Denying the
Variance Request for Harstad Development
Proposal Known as Greenfield Estates

Mayor Linke requested authorization to
serve as the alternate to Cable
Commissioner Jerry Skelly for the North
Suburban Cable Commission.
Motion /Second: Quick /Blanchard
authorize the Mayor to serve as
alternate on the North Suburban
Commission.

a memorandum from Public Works Foreman
Ulrich requesting that water pipe
excavated as part of the Mounds View
Business Park public improvement be
declared surplus and authorize the sale
of `•ie s;rplus pipe to Mr. Kevin Mann
for the amount of $1500 to be deposited
into the Water Fund.
