COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING MISCELLANOUS CASH DONATIONS FOR 2010
WHEREAS, MN Statute 465.03 requires cities to accept donations by resolution;
and
WHEREAS, the City received several miscellaneous cash donations during 2010 as
follows: $20 2/23/10; $20 3/8/10; $20 3/30/10; $15 5/25/10; $300 7/13/10; $20
7/30/10; $25 9/17/10; $25 10/27/10; $20 12/3/10 for a total of $465.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mounds View City Council
gratefully acknowledges and accepts the miscellaneous donations of $465 from several
anonymous donors for 2010.
Adopted this 24th day of January, 2011
