Mayor Flaherty, Council Members Stigney, Hull, Mueller, and Gunn, City Administrator
Ericson, and Assistant City Administrator Crane
3. CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION
DISCUSS UNION LABOR CONTRACT NEGOTIATIONS
City Administrator Ericson and Council reviewed and discussed the status of the LELS
Police (Officers) Union Arbitration. In addition, the City Council discussed continued
contract negotiations with AFSCME, LELS Sergeants Union, and Public Works
Collective Bargaining Unit.
