PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE MEMBERS PRESENT: Mayor Linke, Councilmembers Trude, Wuori, Blanchard and Quick MEMBERS ABSENT: None ALSO PRESENT: Samantha Orduno, City Administrator; Don Brager, Finance Director; Steve Larson (resident) presented a petition containing 48 names regarding the 1994 Proposed Budget. This petition is attached hereto as a permanent portion of the meeting minutes. MOTION/SECOND: Quick/Trude to Adopt Resolution No. 4462 Adopting the City Operating Budget VOTE• 5 ayes 0 nays MOTION/SECOND: Wuori/Quick to Adopt Resolution No. 4463 Certifying the 1994 General Fund Property Tax Levy VOTE• 5 ayes 0 nays MOTION/SECOND: Blanchard/Trude to Adopt Resolution No. 4464 A Resolution Certifying the 1994 Bonds and Interest VOTE• 5 ayes 0 nays ADJOURNMENT There being no further business before this Council, Mayor Linke adjourned the meeting at 7:11 p.m. Re ully submi ted, ~~ ~i Sama ha uno City dministrator res red _. _~._.___...,_~.._.__ inc t the City if Mounds View to reduce spending.
