STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION GRANTING A CHARITABLE GAMBLING PREMISES PERMIT FOR THE
BLAINE LIONS CLUB TO CONDUCT CHARITABLE GAMBLING AT
ROBERT'S SPORTS BAR AND ENTERTAINMENT IN MOUNDS VIEW
WHEREAS, the Blaine Lions Club has requested that the City Council allow them to
conduct charitable gambling at Robert's Sports Bar and Entertainment; and
WHEREAS, the Gambling Control Board requires that the local unit of government
pass a resolution specifically approving or denying requests to conduct charitable
gambling; and
WHEREAS, the Blaine Lions Club are in compliance with all requirements of the
Mounds View Municipal Code with regard to charitable gambling regulations.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mounds View City Council does
hereby authorize the Blaine Lions Club to conduct charitable gambling at Robert's Sports
Bar and Entertainment.
